Fabric developments.

Takla has remained on the leading edge of fabric technologies over the last 14 years. We have no less than 4 new technology fabrics currently in our Research and Development department. All the products we use are exclusive to us.

Taktech:

This fabric was originally developed for military applications where strength, durability and waterproofing were the main criteria. These properties are well suited to our product range and have been successful over the last 12 years.

Cantech:

This is the very latest fabric we have developed in conjunction with our suppliers. It has the essential performance attributes of a full synthetic (as per the original Taktech) but it has the look and feel of cotton canvas.

COMFORT THROUGH WICKING

Moisture cannot be absorbed by the high tensile synthetic thread and cannot penetrate the waterproof barrier. The natural process of wicking draws moisture through the micro weave to areas exposed to air, where it then evaporates. This continuous process ensures a cool comfortable driving experience. The use of non-absorbent material facilitates easy cleaning which ensures odour free seat covers.
